Non-Reading Challenge

1. Watch the TV show or movie of the book you read for the July challenge and tell us which you liked better.

2. Listen to a music CD that you associate with a book and tell us why you think it would be the perfect soundtrack to that book.

3. Check out a cookbook and make a dish from it.

4. Attend a Reader Services Program.

5. Join the Adult Summer Reading Club.

Non-Reading Challenge 1: Craft
Take out a craft book and complete a craft (send us a picture of the book and the craft at readerservices@eastmeadow.info).

Take out and watch a movie that takes place during the winter.

Non-Reading Challenge 3: Food
Make a food featured in the book you read for one of the November challenges using a cookbook from the library or a recipe in the book you read for the advanced challenge. (Send us the recipe you used and a picture of your dish at readerservices@eastmeadow.info).

Attend our Local Author Festival on November 14th between 1-4.
